Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collaborate with departments on staff development requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement annual training programs and learning initiatives.
• Organize internal workshops and external training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Employee Relations

• Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including staff enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Assist in handling misconduct investigations, show cause letters, warning letters, and counselling sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management

• Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Support managers in implementing performance evaluation processes.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance improvement plans (PIP).
• Maintain performance appraisal documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 2years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development, Employee Relations, or Performance Management.
• Good understanding of training management, performance management, and competency development.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
