Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, supporting business development, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide timely responses to enquiries and requests.
* Manage day-to-day client communications, follow up on requirements, and ensure client expectations are met.
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client specifications.
* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and progress to ensure smooth execution.
* Identify potential business opportunities, follow up on leads, and support efforts to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
* Address client concerns promptly and work with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role is an advantage.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
