Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer (Pumps)

About the role

As an Aftersales Service Engineer, you will serve as an ambassador for our client, engaging directly with their customers and providing aftersales service support and technical expertise across Fluid Technology with their Screw Pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for after sales activities, includes service support, spare part inquiries, retrofits, and upgrades
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers
• Perform field aftersales activities if required, including installation, start up, and troubleshooting of machine equipment
• Prepare field service reports and follow up on aftersales opportunities
• Handle equipment ranging from lab (R&D) scale to full production machines
• Support customers across industries, including Petrochemical, Chemical, Plastics, Oil & Gas

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related)
• 1-3 years of experience with rotating machinery, electrical instruments, PLCs, and variable speed controls is preferred
• Willingness to travel (20-30%) and enjoy field work which sometimes may require hands on intervention
• Physically fit, will need to lift materials (up to 20kg) during work.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, and able to work independently
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical circuit/PID diagrams
• Prior field service experience in controls, inverters, or industrial rotating machinery is an advantage
• Fluent in English, able to converse in Mandarin (In order to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Due to the quota limitation, only Singaporean citizen or PR holders will be considered
