About the job

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to insurance regulations and internal risk policies.

• Assist with reviewing marketing collateral, policy documentation, and sales materials for regulatory compliance.

• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) screening processes for policyholders and intermediaries.

• Prepare draft regulatory returns, compliance filings, and reporting metrics for submission to insurance authorities.

• Log, track, and help investigate customer complaints or potential compliance breaches.

• Help update internal compliance registers, policy documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory inspectors during routine reviews.

• Assist in organizing regulatory awareness training and compliance workshops for internal staff.

Skills and requirements

• Educational background in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Foundational knowledge of insurance regulations, AML guidelines, and consumer protection standards.

• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and document-review capabilities.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in using standard office productivity software and database tools.
