We are a dynamic, growing SME of 90 employees in Singapore, looking for a dedicated proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage our fast-paced team. You will play a critical role in supporting our workforce, maintaining high operational standards and statutory compliance. Job Scope:

• Recruitment & Contracts: Manage full recruitment lifecycle, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, drafting employment contracts in compliance with Singapore Employment Laws.
• MOM & Foreign Pass Administration & Ticketing: Manage Work Permit, S Pass, EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and foreign worker quota tracking. Usage of various travel platforms for purchase of air tickets.
• TADM & Compliance Liaison: Serve as primary contact for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) inquiries and represent the company for TADM dispute concilliations.
• Payroll Processing Software: Maintain employee records in InfoTech HR Software; compute and verify monthly variables(OT, allowances, claims, leaves) for payable payout.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new hire orientation, maintain employee handbooks, manage exit procedures, clearance paperwork, and exit interviews.

Requirements:
-Min. 3 Years Hands on experience in Singapore
-Proficient in Infotech HR Software(all modules)
-Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM Regulations, TADM, CPF and IRAS
-Resourceful, Organised, Automative and takes initiative
-Responsible and reachable 24/7 in the event of emergency/medical

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week
