About the role

This role involves supervising daily construction works, monitoring subcontractors' activities, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. You will coordinate site activities, manpower, materials and equipment, monitor progress against the project schedule, maintain site records, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction works and monitor subcontractors' activities
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials and equipment
• Monitor site progress against the project schedule and report delays to the Project Manager
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports
• Check workmanship and ensure construction works meet the required quality standards
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with site safety rules and procedures
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and cleanliness

About you

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in construction site supervision, preferably with a main contractor
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work at construction sites and travel to project locations as required
• Wiling to work in Seremban

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
