We’re looking for an experienced Research Manager to join a growing global team working at the intersection of research, data, technology and marketing.

This is a varied role combining quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and storytelling, helping some of the world’s leading brands understand their consumers and make better decisions around creative, brand and media.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects, from brief through to delivery
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand their business and research needs
• Design surveys, experiments and analytical frameworks to uncover meaningful insights
• Analyse data using statistical techniques, AI and research technologies
• Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming a genuine extension of their team
• Contribute to pitches, thought leadership, knowledge sharing and team development

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in an analytically driven marketing, research or insights role
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
• Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation abilities
• Experience using AI tools
• Strong data skills, ideally including SQL and/or other data tools would be a bonus.
• Excellent project management and client communication skills
• A curious, commercially minded approach and the ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations
