岗位职责
1. Undertake day to day operational task such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food and drinks
2. Creating high standards of customers experience, be attentive towards customers and their queries
3. Familiarise one self with restaurant menu and beverage list, and confidently recommend /upsell items and specials to customer
4. Serve dishes in order sequence, announcing the names of the dishes, promptly refill tea
5. Assist with billing, invoicing, packing, and seeing off guests
6. Clear the tables after meals, restock supplies, and maintain area cleanliness
