Location: Mapletree Business City (Easily accessible via public transport)

Salary: $3,700 – $4,100 / month

Attire: Civilian Wear

Shift & Work Schedule:

Shift Details: 4 Day / 4 Night (Rotating shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Working Schedule: 15 contractual working days + 9 standby days per month (outside contractual hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for incidents, business disruptions, and crisis response.

Coordinate closely with regional security teams and support security management.

Dispatch and liaise with security officers, ERT, facilities, and external emergency services.

Monitor, gather, and manage information using internal and external sources.

Communicate clear, timely incident updates to leadership and key partners.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, communications, and actions taken.

Escalate issues related to equipment, alarms, CCTV, or communication systems without delay.

Requirements:

*Able to do day & night shifts*

Strong situational awareness and communication skills (fluent in English).

Presentable appearance (tattoos must be covered).

Cool, composed, and decisive under high-pressure situations.

Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Experience in operations, security, command centres, or incident management is an advantage.
