Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data centre, cloud-connected, and SD-WAN environments.

• Configure and deploy network equipment based on approved designs and standards.

• Monitor network performance and maintain monitoring systems, alerts, and dashboards.

• Perform network maintenance, software upgrades, hardware replacements, and lifecycle activities.

• Troubleshoot routing, switching, connectivity, wireless, and network performance issues.

• Prepare implementation plans, testing procedures, rollback plans, and change records.

• Maintain network diagrams, device configurations, inventories, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and onsite support teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and operations.

• Good knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.

• Familiarity with VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, port channels, Spanning Tree, EIGRP, and basic BGP.

• Experience supporting campus networks, WAN, data centres, or wireless environments.

• Knowledge of network monitoring, incident management, and change management.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aruba wireless, Aruba EdgeConnect/Silver Peak SD-WAN, or Aruba ClearPass.

• Exposure to AWS networking, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

• Familiarity with F5 load balancing and network segmentation.

• Experience using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, configuration analysis, automation, or documentation.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, research, or other business-critical environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Additional Cisco, Aruba, AWS, or relevant technical certifications.
