Job Responsibilities

• Collect, check and record daily delivery orders (DOs) for incoming and outgoing construction materials.
• Maintain accurate daily records of vehicle movements, material deliveries and collections at the construction site.
• Coordinate with lorry drivers, suppliers, subcontractors and site personnel regarding deliveries and collections.
• Verify delivery orders and ensure all relevant documents are properly recorded and submitted.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain proper filing of delivery records.
• Assist with general site coordination and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete and updated on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

• M Local only.
• Must possess own transport to travel to the assigned construction site.
• Good coordination, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently in a construction site environment.
• Prior experience in site gantry operations, delivery order recording or construction site administration will be an advantage.
• Able to commence work immediately.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
