Project Manager (Electrical) – Major Airport Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering contractor in Singapore for an upcoming large-scale international airport development project.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers with a strong background in airport construction, terminal developments or major aviation infrastructure projects, particularly those who have managed electrical installation works from construction through testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction and installation works across major airport infrastructure developments.
• Manage HV/LV power distribution, switchgear, cable containment, lighting, ELV and associated electrical systems.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors and site execution.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, airport authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, procurement, variations, claims and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and technical requirements.
• Lead testing, commissioning and final project handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical construction experience, including project management.
• Strong experience in airport electrical construction or major airport expansion projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing electrical contractors, subcontractors, project budgets and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, installation works and project delivery.
• Experience in international airport terminal developments will be a strong advantage.
• Willing to be based in Singapore and support project standby requirements.
