• Assist in investigating reported system issues and providing appropriate solutions.

• Work closely with senior developers and team members to implement system enhancements and new features.

• Assist with database-related tasks, including basic SQL queries and data checking.

• Assist with software deployment, system updates, and maintenance.

• Communicate with users and internal teams to understand and follow up on reported issues.

• Maintain basic technical and troubleshooting documentation.

• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the management.
