Job Summary

The HR cum Admin Executive will manage payroll, work pass applications, and HR compliance while driving strategic improvements in KPIs, employee handbook updates, and team communication frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Submit statutory reports to CPF, IRAS, and MOM in compliance with regulations
• Apply for, renew, and track work permits, S Passes, and related MOM documentation ensuring regulatory compliance
• Review and restructure company KPIs across departments to enhance performance measurement
• Update and maintain the company’s HR handbook and policies to reflect current standards
• Strengthen internal communication processes and standards within teams to improve collaboration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for audit readiness
• Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and onboarding processes
• Provide administrative support to management as needed to facilitate operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience including payroll and work pass/permit applications
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in KPI structuring or HR policy development to support strategic HR initiatives
