About the Role:

In the role of HRGA Admin, you will act as the backbone of our workplace operations, taking full ownership of our facilities, office environment, and company assets to enable seamless organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workplace Operations: Oversee daily office setup, facility readiness, office supplies, and hygiene standards to ensure a seamless work environment.
• Facility & Asset Management: Perform routine facility inspections, resolve maintenance issues promptly, and manage full asset lifecycles (tracking, allocation, handover, and stock audits).
• Vendor & Procurement: Source suppliers, negotiate quotations, and execute purchases in compliance with company approval policies.
• Financial Administration: Monitor GA expenditures, process vendor payments accurately, and manage monthly expense reporting.
• Employee Support & Safety: Serve as the go-to point of contact for employee facility requests while maintaining workplace safety standards.

General Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 1+ years of experience in General Affairs, facility operations, or office management.
• Core Skills: Hands-on experience in asset tracking, vendor coordination, procurement, and budget tracking.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Excel and administrative documentation.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks and follow up independently.
• Soft Skills: Great communication, practical problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on attitude toward operational tasks.
