岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management –
Magnetic Data Storage
: Develop new MDS accounts, manage RFQs, customer relationships, pricing, negotiations, and introduce thin film materials/solutions.
New Business Development: Identify new customers, applications, and business opportunities across MDS/HDD, Semiconductor, Electronics, Photovoltaic, and Decorative Coating industries.
Market & Sales Planning: Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and provide sales forecasts, demand planning, and market intelligence.
Credit & Order Management: Monitor customer payments, coordinate with Finance and Customer Service, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Competitive Analysis: Track competitor pricing, products, sourcing models, market positioning, and customer segments.
Technical & Complaint Management: Coordinate with Quality, Application Engineering, and R&D teams to resolve customer technical issues and complaints.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field.
5–8 years of sales/business development experience
in thin film materials, vacuum coating, semiconductor materials, or advanced materials.
Strong knowledge of
thin film deposition, PVD, sputtering, evaporation, and coating materials.
Proven track record in technical/industrial consumables sales, with annual sales of
USD 3M+.
Experience in key account management, new customer acquisition, RFQ, pricing negotiation, contract discussion, and sales forecasting.
Experience with MDS/HDD, Semiconductor, Electronics, PV, or Decorative Coating industries.
Willingness to travel.
