Working Hours
5 days, Mon-Sat (10am-6:30pm)
Responsibilities
Conduct hearing assessments and other relevant audiological evaluations
Assess clients’ hearing needs and recommend suitable rehabilitation solutions
Fit, programme and dispense hearing aids and other assistive hearing devices
Provide counselling, device orientation, troubleshooting and follow-up care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records
Manage hearing aid inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Support the smooth daily operations and upkeep of the hearing centre
Build professional relationships with hospitals, ENT specialists, GPs and other healthcare partners
Participate in team activities, professional events and outreach initiatives
Provide support at other centres when required
Requirements
AuD or Master’s Degree in Audiology preferred; candidates with a strong Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology will also be considered
At least 2 years of experience in audiology and hearing aid fitting and dispensing
Eligible for membership with the Society for Audiology Professionals Singapore (SAPS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Patient, service-oriented and comfortable supporting elderly clients
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support clients who communicate primarily in these languages
Experience in tinnitus care, vestibular assessment, cochlear implants or earwax management would be an advantage
