KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

·       Membership Administration: Manage day-to-day membership administration, including creating and maintaining member accounts,updating membership packages and fees, and processing billing adjustments.

·       Membership Services: Process membership requests, including renewals, transfers, suspensions and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

·       Member Enquiries and Resolution: Liaise with Sales, Operations, Corporate Sales and Finance teams to address and resolve member enquiries and account-related matters efficiently.

·       Redemption Processing: Process food voucher redemptions and complimentary membership extensions in accordance with members’ requests and established procedures.

·       Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Experience in membership administration is an added advantage

·       Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of data entry experience 

·       Good communication skills in English 

·       Able to multi-task, is detailed-oriented and resourceful

·      Excellent organizational and time management skill
