  • 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.

  • Good knowledge of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.

  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to confidentiality.

岗位职责

  • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

  • Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.

  • Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on relevant matters.

  • Assist in identifying and managing legal and contractual risks.

  • Liaise with external lawyers and relevant parties when required.

  • Monitor legal documents, agreements, and contractual obligations.

  • Ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
