Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight and monitor daily end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and stock accuracy.

Plan and direct manpower allocation and operational controls while managing and leading the warehouse team to achieve target productivity benchmarks.

Implement advanced inventory control methodologies and lead regular stock auditing processes.

Modernize workflow by driving system integrations, automation, and data analytics to optimize resource utilization and operational productivity.

Lead the strategic planning, site selection, vendor negotiation, and setup of new overseas warehouse facilities to support international business growth.

Formulate global warehousing strategies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks to ensure cross-border logistics efficiency, landed-cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Establish and maintain standards for health and safety, operational hygiene, and security protocols across all facility locations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team morale, workforce productivity, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with proven hands-on experience in overseas warehouse setup or cross-border logistics expansion

Strategic mindset with excellent leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities

Able to work independently and under pressure

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Strong proficiency in ERP systems and digital supply chain tools

Proficient in MS Office
