Job Summary:

As a Content Producer, you will be the creative engine behind our social media presence. Your primary focus will be ideating, creating, and editing engaging content across various formats—ranging from static graphics and animated GIFs to high-quality, short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Short-Form Video Production & Editing: Shoot (when necessary) and edit highly engaging short-form videos (15-60 seconds) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Incorporate trending audio, text overlays, transitions, and effects.
• Static & Animated Content Creation: Design eye-catching static visuals (single posts, carousels) and create animated GIFs tailored for social media campaigns, memes, and community engagement.
• Content Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, viral-worthy content ideas that align with our brand identity, marketing goals, and current social media trends.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt and format content appropriately for different social media platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Asset Management: Manage and organize a digital library of raw footage, graphics, audio, and finalized assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and copywriting teams to ensure all visual content aligns with the campaign message and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content creation, video editing, or graphic design (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• Software Proficiency:
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and pop culture, especially within the TikTok and Instagram ecosystems.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or social media links showcasing your ability to produce engaging short-form videos, static designs, and GIFs.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage based on our target audience).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
