Our client is a leading global consumer products company with a well-established portfolio of trusted brands across home and lifestyle categories. The Senior Marketing Manager, APAC will shape the regional portfolio strategy, and lead market implementation across Asia Pacific. Successful candidate will drive expansion into new and emerging categories, deliver end-to-end activation plans, and manage a two-year product roadmap covering existing and new category launches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-growth categories and translate regional strategy into locally relevant plans
• Shape portfolio choices and implementation plans across APAC markets
• Identify consumer and market insights and incorporate them into regional business cases
• Develop and deliver end-to-end activation plans across sales, marketing, media, and digital channels
• Lead local cross-functional implementation teams and align key regional stakeholders
• Manage agency briefs, evaluate proposals, and oversee local content creation and adaptation
• Allocate ad spend, track ROI, optimize performance, and share learnings across markets

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with 10-12 years of marketing experience within consumer products or a related industry
• Strong portfolio management, commercial strategy, and portfolio optimisation capabilities
• Commercial acumen, including exposure to business and P&L management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
