Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all cleaning management matters
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensuring the team is carrying out the proper SOP as defined by the company
Manage Household Service Scheme and handle staff issues
Assist growth of the company and expand the company by looking for more cleaning businesses in Singapore
Serves customers by providing product and service questions and suggesting information
Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Analyze sales data and increase the company’s sales profit
Provide strategies and estimates for company
Work actively to manage both internal and external relationships
Requirements:
Minimum Degree and above in any discipline
Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders.
High level of leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
Broad knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and procedures of customer service
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

At Mandate of Manpower, we specialise in providing high quality part-time residential cleaning services. We aim to have effective communication with our clients which allows our services to be effective. We also supply multiple different labour solutions for both hotels and events. Hotel services include housekeeping and public area attendants while stewards can be supplied to events.
