Step into a pivotal role supporting enterprise legal operations, risk management, and organizational governance initiatives.

• Coordinate end-to-end legal operations, matter workflows, and documentation management across cross-functional business units.
• Support compliance processes, records disposition schedules, and risk mitigation strategies in line with operational standards.
• Act as a central operational liaison between internal legal counsel and internal administrative or technical departments.
• Assist with operational process improvement efforts, administrative workflows, and policy onboarding programs.
• Maintain reporting mechanisms and monitor tracking systems to ensure governance standards are consistently applied.

• Proven track record in legal operations, corporate governance, or legal administrative functions within a professional environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing business documentation systems, workflow tracking, and policy compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of legal document lifecycles, archiving practices, and operational risk controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications or experience supporting regional operational compliance frameworks is preferred.
