Job Description:

• Welcoming and registering patients while ensuring a smooth and pleasant patient experience
• Assisting with basic clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms, taking vital signs, and supporting medical staff when needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling data entry efficiently
• Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Managing phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Assisting in creating social media content including videos, reels, posters, and daily postings
• Capturing photos and videos for clinic marketing and branding purposes
• Promoting a friendly, professional, and positive environment for patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in any related field
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Active on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Basic skills in video or photo editing will be an added advantage
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is a bonus but not compulsory

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
