Job Requirements

• Strong familiarity with PC components and computer hardware, including SSD, RAM, GPU, CPU, and PSU.

• Willingness to conduct cold calls, proactively approach potential customers, and explore new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer follow-up skills.

• Prior experience in sales is highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology are welcome to apply.

• Explain product features, break down technical details, and recommend suitable computer specifications based on customer requirements.

• Proactively identify, approach, and engage business owners, key decision-makers, and corporate clients to generate new sales opportunities.

• Conduct outbound cold calls and proactive outreach to introduce the company's computer hardware products and services to potential customers.

• Manage customer inquiries, prepare professional quotations, and maintain accurate product listings.

• Maintain effective communication and consistent follow-ups to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
