Job Description

Crestline Hospitality Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Revenue Analyst to support revenue management and pricing strategies. The successful candidate will analyze booking trends, occupancy levels, and market data to help optimize room revenue and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze room rates, occupancy, booking patterns, and revenue performance.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Support pricing and inventory strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Work with sales, marketing, and hotel operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in hotel revenue management or hospitality analytics is an advantage.
