Clinical Health Strategist & Performance Coach

Full-Time Singapore-Wide S$3,000 - S$4,000 / month

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Health Strategist & Performance Coach at HealMe.sg, you will play a dual role in client onboarding, account management, and personalised health coaching. Stationed on-site at our premises and working across different venues in Singapore, you will lead walk-in engagement and client account management.

This Role Is For You If You Are

• A Personal Trainer / Strength Coach with proven client-servicing and sales skills who wants to move beyond commercial gym floor grinding.
• A Sports Science / Sports Therapy Graduate who is commercially driven, proactive, and thrives on face-to-face client discovery and intake.
• A Health & Wellness Specialist comfortable working on-site and delivering personalised 1-on-1 sessions at locations across Singapore.
• A Trainer or Health Specialist with experience working across all age groups, including active aging, senior mobility, or elderly populations, who can adapt physical guidance safely for older clients.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Client Management: Stationed on-site during scheduled shifts to handle walk-in inquiries, conduct initial discovery discussions, present wellness packages, and onboard new clients.
• Personalised Health Coaching & Delivery: Conduct 1-on-1 physical training and strategic health guidance sessions at designated partner facilities, outdoor locations, or client premises to meet operational targets.
• Account Tracking & Retention: Maintain structured client progression logs, manage follow-up communications, track retention metrics, and foster long-term client relationships.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Credentials: Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Allied Health, or recognised personal training/coaching certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, FISAF, SG Coach, or equivalent).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing roles with a strong background in consultative sales, personal training, client acquisition, or allied health account management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent balance of consultative sales drive and practical coaching capability. Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in conducting face-to-face discussions.
• Self-Direction & Autonomy: High level of personal initiative and ability to work independently at off-site client locations with minimal supervision.
• Professional Drive: Comfortable managing one's own schedule, client tracking, and local travel efficiently.
• Disciplined: Demonstrated professional discretion, integrity, and adherence to client data privacy standards (PDPA) required.
• Mobility: Comfortable traveling locally to partner facilities or client locations across Singapore.
• Public Representation: Willingness to serve as a professional, public-facing brand ambassador for the company on official channels.
  
  

Remuneration & Benefits

Compensation Package for Full-Time Staff Competitive Basic Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus + Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions.

Operational Support for Full-Time Staff Transport and gym allowance provided.
