Job Description
Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business
Develop new customers and introduce new applications / solutions for existing customers
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
Ensure the network of current customers is maintained and grown through regular follow-up and relationship building
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, workshop) to ensure timely delivery and service
Meet or exceed monthly and annual rental & sales revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
Participate in site visits and customer meetings to understand equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
No prior sales experience required

The candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Strong learning attitude and hunger mentality — eager to pick up technical product knowledge and sales skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to go on site visits and meet customers
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
