Heal360 Physioclinic, one of Singapore’s leading private physiotherapy clinics, is looking for a caring and motivated Assistant Physiotherapist / Rehabilitation Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our physiotherapists to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, exercise, and helping people regain movement while gaining valuable hands-on clinical experience.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about rehabilitation and helping people recover
• A strong communicator with a caring and positive attitude
• Proactive, responsible, and a supportive team player
• Eager to learn and develop new clinical skills
• Able to work independently while following treatment plans
• Relevant healthcare, sports science, exercise science, fitness, or therapy background is an advantage (training will be provided)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in supervising patients with prescribed exercise programmes
• Guide patients in performing exercises safely and correctly
• Prepare treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment
• Monitor patients during rehabilitation sessions and report progress to physiotherapists
• Educate patients on home exercise programmes and healthy movement habits
• Maintain treatment records and ensure equipment is clean and organised
• Support clinic operations and provide excellent patient care
• Assist with community health events and wellness programmes when required
