Merchandiser (Cut & Sewn)

Job Duties:

• Report to Senior Merchandiser

• Daily communication with buying teams in Europe, internal supporting teams and vendors

• Work with supporting team and vendors to meet requested standard with business decision

• Follow-up all merchandising aspects, resolve production issues and ensure on-time delivery

• Closely monitor the T&A, daily submission with timely approval and testing of products

• Manage suppliers’ performance and relationship

• Monitoring, review and evaluate vendor performance

• Assist ad-hoc project as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in clothing & textile, merchandising and related field

• Experience in Ladies' wear is a plus

• At least 4 years relevant working experience

• Familiar with T&A management

• Good knowledge from development till bulk shipment

• Detailed-minded, well organized, negotiation skill and efficient

• Strong communication, good interpersonal and problem-solving skill

• Able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficient in Excel and other MS applications
