Your Role on Our Journey

You are responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and partner-led growth through non-digital channels for a premium mobility concierge and private hire car leasing business. This role owns the offline and integrated marketing ecosystem—including partnerships, ground activations, events, corporate alliances, fleet branding, driver-facing marketing, and experiential touchpoints—ensuring the brand is consistently present where demand is created before customers or drivers ever go online.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts that support brand objectives, business initiatives, and promotions.
• Research audience interests, industry trends, and competitor activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars with the marketing team, tailoring content to different audiences, platforms, and campaign goals.

Content Creation & Production

• Create, photograph, film, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, EDMs, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute shoots, including concepts, shot lists, storyboards, schedules, and coordination with project milestones or site visits.
• Edit photos and videos for each platform, including colour correction, audio, subtitles, transitions, music, and brand elements. Use relevant tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Maintain a well-organised library of photo and video assets and ensure consistent visual quality and branding across content.

Social Media & Community Management

• Publish content and manage audience interactions across social media platforms.
• Monitor and grow social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.

Collaboration & Performance

• Work with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and deliver material that supports campaigns and business goals.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements to content, formats, and publishing approaches.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and content marketing best practices.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a content creation or social media role.
• A portfolio showing engaging content across formats and platforms, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills, including proficiency with tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Own a camera or suitable video shooting equipment for content production.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels, including how to tailor content for each platform.
• Ability to develop content ideas, plan content calendars, and adapt messaging for different audiences and campaign goals.
• Experience managing audience interactions and using content performance insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams on campaigns and promotions.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
