Job Summary
Support the overall sales strategy and grow the B2B client network within the skincare and aesthetics industry by building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with licensed skincare professionals, spas, and medical offices to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities
Identify, approach, and secure new business partners and clients to expand the company’s market presence
Provide ongoing client support by addressing concerns and fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty
Plan and execute promotions, trainings, and creative sales strategies to help clients grow their businesses
Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of the company’s professional skincare brands to effectively showcase products and respond to client queries
Deliver basic product training and information to clients to enhance their product understanding
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and training teams to align efforts and support client needs
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, trainings, and company events to maximize market impact
Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform strategic decisions by the Sales Manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in professional skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industries
Strong B2B sales skills using a consultative selling approach to meet client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence and engage clients
Knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and professional treatments is advantageous
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication
