Job Description

• Prepare and deliver professional proposal presentations to explain the company’s products and services to current and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate sales solutions tailored to their needs.
• Organize and conduct regular sales visits to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Establish new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and industry-related meetings.
• Monitor and review individual sales performance against targets and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
• Prepare frequent reports and reviews detailing sales activities, pipeline updates, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop strategies and achieve stronger results.
• Gather and document feedback from customers and prospects and share insights with relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 1- 2 years sales experience with non-related fields are welcome! At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage.
• Positive working and learning attitude are welcome!
• Good in calculations / Technical background will be added advantage
• Able to accept cold calling tasks given.
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work independently
• Trilingual speakers (Mandarin, English, BM) required.
