Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Selangor, Malaysia. The individual in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating promotional activities and events. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present marketing ideas effectively.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support lead generation, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience for prospects and clients.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan campaigns, position products or services, and contribute to long-term brand growth.
• Relevant experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online collaboration platforms); experience with digital marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
