Job Summary
Support daily operations of Counter Services and Call Centre to achieve KPIs, handle client queries, collaborate with departments, update reports, and assist in company events.
Responsibilities
Assist Department Supervisor/Manager in managing daily Counter Services and Call Centre operations to meet KPIs
Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and written communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with inter-department teams and Headquarters to resolve customer issues, feedback, and concerns promptly
Prepare and update weekly and monthly operational reports accurately for management review
Support organization and execution of company events and seminars, including occasional weekend shifts
Complete ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Department Supervisor/Manager
Work effectively as a team member to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines under pressure
Adapt to changes and challenges by demonstrating initiative and openness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum GCE “O” Levels; Diploma or Degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in Call Centre or service-related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work shifts: either 9am to 6pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm

Occasional weekend support required at local seminars
