Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and responsible Construction Technical Officer / Building Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building renovation, maintenance, and repair works to ensure timely and quality completion
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to maintain high standards of quality control
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and project specifications
• Prepare detailed site reports, work schedules, and project documentation to support project tracking and communication
• Support the company’s BCA registration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a relevant qualification recognised by BCA, such as:
• National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS); or
• Relevant Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction; or
• Other BCA-recognised technical qualifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant construction or building maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of construction site supervision and building works
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
