Job Summary

You will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, policy compliance, performance management, and offboarding to support smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Source candidates, post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively

Maintain physical personnel files and digital employee databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records

Process work pass applications and track attendance and leave to support workforce management

Assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits enrollment, and respond to compensation-related queries to support payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction

Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and internal regulations to maintain legal and regulatory compliance

Support performance review cycles, address staff queries, and assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures to foster positive employee relations

Manage resignation letters, conduct exit interviews, complete clearance checklists, and deactivate system access to ensure smooth offboarding processes

Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data efficiently and support HR operations

Apply active listening and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and improve HR service delivery

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information

Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and management to facilitate HR processes and information flow
