Position: Admin Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well in English, is organised, and can handle administrative tasks efficiently. This is a construction company handling steel fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation and documentation relating from Worker Recruitment to Deployment of Worker at site, worker course booking and follow ups

Draft and respond to basic calls and email communications

Support internal teams with coordination and scheduling

Maintain worker records and office supplies

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)

- Minimum O-Levels, Nitec, or equivalent

- Degree not required — diploma holders welcome

- Strong attention to detail, organised, and responsible

- Able to work independently and learn quickly

- Knowledge of tamil will be an advantage as easier to communicate with workers

- Prior admin or office experience is an advantage, but not necessary
