  • Having rich experience in marketing planning, able to identify and determine potential business partners, familiar with industry market development Current situation;
  • Having excellent marketing skills, strong market planning and operational abilities;
  • Work meticulously, rigorously, and possess strategic foresight thinking;
  • Strong management skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution abilities;
  • Excellent market expansion, project coordination, and negotiation skills;
  • Has a high level of work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
  • Having the resources to expand business and extensive relevant work experience
  • Priority given to individuals with relevant resources (building maintenance and managment services )
  • Priority given to people working in related industries(MCST, Shopping mall,Apartment Management)
