Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept, planning, design, execution, commissioning, and final handover.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and monitor project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee all engineering and technical disciplines involved in the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project performance.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, customer specifications, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve technical documents, engineering drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project procurement activities and ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews with customers and project teams.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Support business development activities by providing technical and project management expertise during proposal and quotation stages.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and archived.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop project team members to achieve project goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and project personnel.
• Facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making within the project team.

Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and professional communication.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage customer concerns, feedback, and change requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote customer satisfaction through successful project execution and delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, automation, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing cross-functional teams.
