Duties and Responsibilities

The post holder will be professional at all times when dealing with clients and proactively represent SPS on site promoting excellent customer service
Arrangement and coordination of incoming and outgoing item (includes couriers and mails)
Performing routine mail rounds daily
Perform outdoor messenger and other functions when required
Use of franking machines.
Dealing with enquiries from the client, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
Filing and retrieving documents, within an established filing system.
Escorting of service and vendor management within the office premises
Processing of courier invoices for payment handling
At times carry heavy products within the client’s premises.
Handling of office and pantry supplies
Any other duties commensurate with the above list
Adhere to organisation policies and procedures
