Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building a strong pipeline through targeted lead generation activities. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, attending client meetings, negotiating contracts, renewing contracts and tracking performance metrics to ensure business growth objectives are met.

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for acquiring and expanding client accounts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship management to sustain long-term client partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in security services, risk management, or related industries, with a solid understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
