Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing design proposals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that design projects are completed according to client requirements, agreed timelines, and project specifications.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project objectives.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Produce 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed design proposals.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
• Ensure design specifications are properly communicated and implemented.
• Recommend suitable furniture, lighting, materials, colours, and finishes.
• Manage project schedules and follow up on outstanding work.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during project implementation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, colours, and interior design principles.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Previous experience in interior design or renovation projects is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a suitable portfolio are welcome to apply.
