Job Summary

Our client, a company in the education – english proficiency (muet) training, exam services & student recruitment (malaysia–china) industry, is looking for a Marketing & Student Recruitment Executive based in Megan Avenue II, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Our client is a fast-growing education provider specialising in English proficiency training and examination services, particularly MUET. As an authorised partner working with government bodies and international institutions, it delivers certified programmes and standardised testing, and supports cross-border education pathways between Malaysia and China. Its services cover student recruitment, training, exam administration and university placement across hubs in Asia, aligned with global standards such as CEFR.
• The company is in an exciting growth stage and is looking for people who want to grow with it for the long term.
• This role drives student enrolment, the core revenue driver of the business.
• Responsibilities:
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract student enrolments
• Manage social media, ads and content
• Generate leads online and offline (events, partnerships, education fairs)
• Consult prospective students on programmes and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets
• Build partnerships with schools, agents and education institutions
• Track campaign performance and keep the CRM of leads and students up to date
• Remuneration:
• Basic salary RM3,500 – RM3,800
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Location: Megan Avenue II, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• –3 years' experience in marketing, sales or student recruitment (education industry preferred)
• Good understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, content)
• Proven record of hitting sales or enrolment targets
• Target-driven, self-motivated, able to work alone and in a team
• Fluent English and Mandarin (required to handle international students)
• CRM experience is a plus
