Cantonese Interpreter (Medical) – Work From Home | Night Shift

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with a pass in SPM. SPM holders must have relevant working experience.

• Diploma and degree holders are welcome to apply as fresh graduates, provided they demonstrate the language proficiency and readiness required for the role.

• Proficient in Cantonese and English, with strong listening and communication skills.

• Able to work independently from home with a quiet, private workspace.

• Must have a stable internet connection and use the company-provided laptop during working hours.

• Willing to work a permanent night shift supporting the US market.

• Comfortable handling sensitive medical conversations, including emergency situations.

Working Hours

Permanent night shift with available shift start times:

• 9:00 PM

• 10:00 PM

• 12:00 AM (midnight)

Job Description

We are hiring Cantonese-speaking candidates to join our team as Medical Interpreters, supporting real-time communication between Cantonese-speaking patients and English-speaking healthcare professionals in the United States.

You will handle live medical calls, including urgent and potentially life-threatening situations. Candidates must be able to interpret accurately, remain calm under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information.

Key Responsibilities
