Help bring events to life across Singapore. As an Events Operations Executive, you'll work with the team to keep event operations organised, support on-site staff, and make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.

What You'll Do

• Set up, coordinate and pack down events with the team
• Coordinate staff schedules, event materials and daily operations
• Support promoters and event teams on-site
• Monitor event progress and report updates to the manager
• Help solve on-the-ground issues and keep the team organised
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Organised, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Strong English communication; other languages are a plus
• Event, CCA or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
