• Transformative Beauty Services: Provide top-tier skincare, facial, and beauty treatments that deliver visible results.
• Basic Hair Spa Care: Perform basic hair spa / scalp care treatments to offer clients an enhanced, holistic pampering experience.
• Client Engagement: Greet walk-ins warmly, manage appointments and bookings efficiently, and build strong, lasting relationships with repeat clients.
• Drive Sales: Confidentially recommend personalized skincare regimens, actively upselling high-value treatments, add-ons, and retail products.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain immaculate sanitation standards for all tools and equipment, manage accurate inventory counts, and preserve a pristine workstation.
• Team Synergy: Work seamlessly with management and team members to maintain an inviting, high-energy studio environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
• Qualifications: SKM Level 2 & 3 or professional beauty certifications are highly preferred.
• Skin Expertise: Solid understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols.
• Hair Spa Knowledge: Basic knowledge or background in basic hair spa / scalp care is an added advantage.
• Communication & Care: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect warmly and professionally with clients, peers, and management.
• Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
