Responsibilities

:

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives, ensuring timely execution within approved scope, budget, and timeline.

Drive pre-approval activities, including business case development, funding proposals, project sizing, resource planning, and governance approvals.

Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP development, vendor evaluations, due diligence, commercial assessments, and approval processes where required.

Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor teams.

Ensure compliance with the Bank's project governance, SDM, architecture, security, risk, procurement, and delivery processes.

Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, management reporting, and executive updates.

Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and adoption tracking.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with Minimum 10+ years of experience

Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.

Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.

Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
