About The Role

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality and outlet operations. Whether you're a student looking for part-time work, waiting for your next school term, recently ORD-ed, or seeking a full-time opportunity, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our service crew team. Whether you're taking orders, serving customers or supporting day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience.

No prior experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and handle cashiering duties.
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet.
• Clear tables and ensure dining areas remain clean and welcoming.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning and other stewarding duties when required.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Support outlet operations during peak periods and busy service hours.
